The goals and purpose of the Museum District Business Alliance revolve around making the area more attractive for businesses, residents, investors by improving the public enjoyment of the area and combating community deterioration within the neartown communities. This effort more specifically includes promoting enterprise and the arts, both visual and performing, in the Montrose/Museum District.

                                            Monthly Luncheon

Please join us for our next MDBA Luncheon presented by the

MUSEUM DISTRICT BUSINESS ALLIANCE SPEAKERS' FORUM

George Greanias, CEO

Metropolitan Transit Authority

There have been changes at Metro, our regional transit authority which is dedicated to providing mass transit solutions in our area. And questions have been raised about the future of the proposed University light rail line (a/k/a Richmond Rail) and other mass transit solutions that could provide mobility for our neighborhood.

This month, the newly-appointed CEO of METRO (and former City Controller), George Greanias, will tell us about what is happening at METRO. And he will provide us an update on the status the University line. We hope that you can join us for this and other upcoming luncheons and other MBDA events.
